- Automatic Age Verification: Orders are placed in the usual manner. During the checkout process, we employ an automatic age verification process to assess the eligibility of our customers. If the automatic age verification process successfully confirms the customer's eligibility, we will proceed with the sale of the product in the standard manner.
Manual Age Verification:
If the automatic age verification process is unsuccessful, a mandatory on-screen prompt will appear, instructing the customer to enter their age-related details manually. If the manual age verification process is successful, we will proceed with the sale of the product as usual.
If the manual age verification process is unsuccessful, unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the order. You may wish to contact customer service for further assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of placing the order. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, the order will not be accepted, and a refund will be issued for the order.
- Cancellation and Refund: If both automatic and manual age verification attempts are unsuccessful, unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the order. The customer will be notified via email, and a refund will be issued for the order.
If the automatic age verification is unsuccessful and the manual age verification still awaits completion, a manual age verification link will be emailed to the customer. This link allows the customer 48 hours to complete the age verification process.If the manual age verification process is unsuccessful, unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the order. You may wish to contact customer service for further assistance at email@example.com within 48 hours of placing the order. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, the order will not be accepted, the customer will be informed via email and a refund will be issued for the order.
