RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

How much does it cost to return an order?

Returns are free of charge.

 

How do I raise a return?

Please visit our Returns Portal and follow the on-screen instructions to return an item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you return an item we deem unsuitable for resale, we maintain the right to refuse your refund or reduce the refund amount. Likewise, if we receive an item in a condition other than its original state, we reserve the right to decline your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

How long will it take for the return process to complete?

We strive to ensure a seamless and prompt return process. We aim to process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your item at our warehouse. However, payment times for refunds are dictated by your bank.

 

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

What if my product is damaged/wrong?

Our team does proper quality checks on every order that ships. If you have still received a damaged or wrong product, send us an email within thirty (30) days from the receipt of your order with your order number and a photo of the damaged/wrong item, and you will be informed about the next steps accordingly. Which are the items that cannot be returned?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If a request is initiated after 30 days of delivery of an order.
  • If the product has not been used as instructed.
  • If you entered the wrong shipping address at the time of placing the order.
  • Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.
  • The serial number has been defaced.
  • The product is intentionally damaged or destroyed.
  • Return or replacement request for any free or complimentary products.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order before it is shipped.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email containing a link provided by the courier. You can use this link to track the journey of your package.

 

Which delivery services do you offer?

The following are the different shipping options available:

  • Standard delivery; 3-5 working days; Free
  • Expedited delivery; 1-2 working days; £5.99

Shipping charges will be added at the time of checkout.

 

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we do offer free standard shipping on all orders.

 

Do you offer next-day delivery?

We offer expedited delivery on orders placed before 6 p.m.

 

Which delivery provider do you use?

We use Amazon's Logistics Network.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

If there is a delay in your delivery for any reason, reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you. Please email us at info@avantgoods.com.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be a substantial delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email. We aim for timely deliveries. However, please be aware that occasional delivery delays may occur.

 

I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify address details once an order has been placed due to our fast processing procedure designed to meet delivery times. After receiving your dispatch email, you may attempt to contact the courier directly for any changes, although we cannot guarantee this option.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with a link provided by the courier, which you can use to follow the journey of your package or click here to track.

 

I received a wrong/damaged product; what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@avantgoods.com within thirty (30) days of your order receipt with photos/videos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
